- Product Use & Safety Disclaimer
- Assumption of Risk: Our grooming tools are intended to be attached to standard power drills or operated per instructed guidelines. Training your animal according to our tutorial prior to use is recommended to avoid nervousness or distress.
- Limitation of Liability: You use PGroomer tools at your own risk. PGroomer takes no legal responsibility for any improper use, misuse, or injuries resulting from tool operation.
- Safety Guidelines:
- Do not use near sensitive areas including eyes, anus, ears, genitals, open sores, or irritated skin.
- Do not use on animals with fur/hair longer than three (3) inches.
- Do not apply pressure exceeding the weight of the tool.
- Do not operate at excessive RPMs.
- Stop immediately if skin irritation occurs.
- Do not use on feathered animals. Use discretion on small animals.
- Orders, Pricing, and Payments
- Pricing: All prices listed on the site are subject to change without notice. Promotions and promotional codes (e.g., discount codes) are subject to specific terms announced at the time of issue.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limits, errors in product descriptions or pricing, or suspected fraud.
- Returns & Refunds
- Unused Items: Unused items in original packaging may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- Hygiene & Safety Exclusion: Due to hygiene, safety, and resale restrictions, used items are not eligible for standard returns or refunds.
- Defective Products: If a product arrives with a defect or fault, submit a photo proof of the issue to pk@pgroomer.com for review and replacement.

- Limited Warranty
- PGroomer Unit Warranty: PGroomer products carry a Limited Five (5) Year Manufacturer Warranty from the original invoice date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
- Drill Warranty: Drills carry a 30-day warranty and a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
- Shipping Fees: Customer pays shipping and handling fees associated with warranty replacements or repairs.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, unintended usage (e.g., use on carpet or upholstery), improper maintenance, or damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
- Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, PGroomer and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on https://pgroomer.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to restrictions set in these terms.
- Changes to Terms
